As soon as the fourth-generation Corvette came along in 1992, it started getting modified. It mattered not that the model was high-tech, because the aftermarket just grew increasingly high-tech to cope with the changes. This Camaro uses modern touches combined with a period-type paint scheme featuring flames, just like hot rods of the 1960s. The owner has fitted 18-inch (457mm) rims with 35-series tyres for handling, while the suspension has SLA lowering springs and uprated anti-roll bar. Under the hood much work has gone on too, with a Vortech 7psi supercharger now feeding in more air and fuel through Edelbrock aluminium heads and a larger throttle body. Being a 1996 model, this also has Chevy's own tweaked exhaust for an extra 10bhp (7kW). The interior features additional boost and fuel-pressure gauges, plus white gauges and re-trimmed flame seats.
